Richard joined Samsung in January 2003 and has built more than two decades of financial leadership experience across Samsung organizations worldwide. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

From 2014 to 2019, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Samsung Electronics Egypt Sales Subsidiary, where he oversaw financial operations and supported the organization’s continued business growth in the region. Following a year at Samsung’s headquarters in Korea, he relocated to California in 2021 to serve as CFO of Dacor, Samsung’s luxury appliance manufacturing subsidiary.

In October 2023, he joined Samsung HVAC as Chief Financial Officer, where he continues to support the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
